Plastic surgery can speed up the aging process, but doesn’t this depend on the type of surgery?

For example, extracting the fat out of eyelids or tying the muscles in the eyelid to make double eyelids. I don’t think they affect the skin so much that they become old quickly.

I’m Japanese and I have asian eyelids, so I want to make them double eyelids. I also want to change the shape of my nose. Will this really lead to the aging of my facial skin?

(Please no answers from anti-plastic surgery individuals)
