A transman is a transsexual who was born female and is transitioning to male. Bottom surgery is any one of several sex reassignment surgeries on the genitals.

A transman is a male that was born within a female body. Like me, but I’m a transgirl. I girl born in a guy’s body. Bottom surgery is a how transman becomes male physically. There aren’t as many transmen as there are transwomen though. At least, that’s what it seems like.
